Vegetable Roll (Ginger-Soy sauce flavored)
- Thin sliced pork
- Vegetable of your choice (I always use the left-over in my fridge. Root veggies are better! I used carrot, potato and mushroom. Broccoli stem and baby corn are good,too)
- Corn starch
- Vegetable oil
- Toasted sesame seed
for Ginger Soy Sauce
- Soy sauce
- Grated ginger
- Grated garlic
- water (1/4 of soy sauce)
1.Cut the vegetables in stacks
2.Sprinkle corn starch to both side of thin sliced pork.
3.Put stack of vegetable on a pork slice, then roll up tightly.
4.Mix all gingers soy sauce ingredients.
5.Heat oil in frying pan, cook the rolled vegetable until cooked.
6.Pour ginger soy sauce mixture, simmer until the sauce thicken
4.Sprinkle with sesame seed.
